In the caption she added at the top of the Instagram Story, Theresa explained that on the day this photo was taken, two managers at Trader Joe's, a grocery store she regularly shops at, asked to take a photo with her, which she obliged. Afterward, she realized the managers "slipped two shopping bags and this beautiful bouquet" into her shopping cart, a gesture that she admitted was "incredibly nice." The Instagram Story that followed this one showed a close-up of the flowers and shopping bags in her cart as she headed for the exit.
